We are one of the few laptop parts suppliers that offer a two year return to base warranty on most new parts.

What is and isn't covered?

We will replace, free of charge, any product which fails within a period of two years from purchase. If a replacement is not available we will refund part or all of the purchase price depending on the age of the item.

As you would expect your warranty will not cover parts which have been physically damaged, altered, modified or have simply worn out during normal use.

This warranty covers most new parts only. We sell very few used or refurbished parts but where we do we will have made this clear at the time of order. Warranty on budget ranges or refurbished parts may vary.

It is up to you to return faulty parts to us at your cost to enable a warranty claim to be considered.

 

Your rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK or European Law.

How to claim

You need to return the product stating approximately when it was purchased, providing us with your contact details and a description of the fault. We advise all customers to email us with details prior to returning parts.
